Summer Cup Appeals Procedure

1. Suspensions awarded as a result of toting up penalty points can not be appealed against.

2. Only suspensions of three or more games can be appealed against.

3. A player may only play while a ban is under review if the league management is informed by Mr. Ashraff / Mr. Boynton that he / she is allowed to play pending the result of the appeal.

4. There is a non refundable charge of £50 for any appeal.

5. An appeal may be started by a phone call, but has to be in writing with Tony Boynton by the Thursday following the ban.

These rules have been passed to me by Tony Boynton and are final.
